I’ve recently given up my gym membership after getting bored of the same old routine and am now switching out my eliptical machine and dumbbell workouts in search of something that puts the fun back into fitness.
At the moment I’m mixing it up with regular classes at Frame, a Sunday morning run and a few at-home workouts and I have to say I’m loving it. Now, I know that working out in your living room may conjure up images of leotards and lunges courtesy of Olivia Newton John’s Let’s Get Physical video but trust me, there’s a whole new breed of online workout classes that are slick, stylish and best of all, they really work! Here’s my pick of the best around:
Quick 30 minute videos designed to get you fit fast wth a mixture of fat-busting HIIT, bodyweight exercises and killer pilates moves. My favourite is this bikini-prepping pilates routine. The burn is real!
This uber fit duo boast a plethora of free full-length workout videos that range from fat-burning cardio to chill out yoga sessions. I love doing this 10 Minute Abs routine if I’m short of time or on holiday.

The ultimate fitness girl crushes a.k.a Karina and Katrina have a whole community of dedicated followers and I can see why. Their printable workouts are easy to follow, and a whole lot of fun.My favourite is this Inner and Outer Thigh workout which is a killer add-on to any cardio session.
